Are you a Do-it-Yourselfer or House Flipper? Sometimes it's hard to turn great concepts or inspirational images into reality. Especially if your site has more problems than assets.

Once you submit some simple preliminary documents, we will talk about your ideas together. You will receive a package that includes an illustrated plan, program diagram, photo/sketches, example images, plant lists and images, phasing breakdown for your budget, and a complete write-up.

The final package price will depend on the size of your site, as well as the extent of final deliverables. The price range listed reflects both the extent of the project and the options included. We'll discuss what you need and what your budget is.

As an add-on to Your Garden Design or a stand-alone resource, the Welcome Home package includes an evaluation of the exterior of your home or business. Included is an extensive or simple design to upgrade your street view, approach, and address safety concerns, reflecting your personality and neighborhood.
